By Carol Miller, October 15, 2019 — The scariest day of my life was for sure was getting in my car accident about 20 years ago almost to the day. I was in the car driving with four other friends of mine we were headed to lunch on Friday. [Friday was] payday, which for a payroll office was always very stressful. A large Ford pick-up just came right over the top of the car, we flipped. As I was stuck in the car waiting for the Jaws of Life to come rescue me I felt a calm peace come over me and could have sworn I saw Jesus Christ, as I closed my eyes. I felt my life flash before I suddenly remembered everything. The next thing I knew I woke in the hospital. It was from the moment on, I adopted a new philosophy on life, to live appreciating every moment.
