By Leila, April 24, 2019 — This past year has been the best time of my life. I have faced many personal challenges in my family and in my marriage as a woman from Panama. There have been very few good days in my life until now, and that ever since I came to Hillside Senior Center, I have felt at home. The Hillside Senior Center has now become a safe and calm place that allows me to escape from any chaos in my life. I am making great friendships, and I am learning from other seniors’ stories during my time here.
