Don’t give up when you’re feeling low.
Don’t give up, don’t ever let go.
Hold on, hold on, just hang in there,
And call on the name of Jesus whenever in despair.
He’ll here your call and give heed to your plea.
I can tell you this because He heard me.
In desperation I cried, “How long Lord?”
He said, “Hang in there and cry no more.”
He also strengthened me to endure the hurt, the pain, and much, much more.
I waited on the Lord to see exactly what the end would be.
My life did not change overnight, but waiting on Him, things turned out alright.
So no matter what you’re going through
He’s just a prayer away.
So hang in there and keep the faith,
In His time, He’ll make a way.
For you to overcome the trials you may be going through.
Just talk to your Lord and Savior,
And see what he’ll do for you.
