By Carol Miller, October 15, 2019 — When we finally moved from Philly when I was about 8, the most vivid memory I have is going to the Wawa in North Wildwood. We thought we had made it big time, we were moving to the place we absolutely loved, the Jersey Shore! This was the first time our parents gave us money to go get a hoagie from Wawa and we were in awe, it was the best thing I had ever had, ham & cheese hoagie from Wawa. It’s the simple things we really appreciated back then.
