By Frederick Kuzmin, July 26, 2017 — I had one child named Steven, we lived on 3rd and State. Somehow the kid, at 1 ½ years old, decided he was going to go outside. About 15 minutes later, the police are knocking on my door. He walked up to the police department and they gave him a teddy bear. He was sitting up there, he didn’t want to come home! We had called the police, saying that we can’t find our kid, and they said, “We know exactly where he is!” He had walked 3 blocks. They didn’t call me, they didn’t know whose kid it was.
