By Cheryl Nolan, December 12, 2014 – I had spent HOURS decorating our Christmas tree. It looked SO pretty, I went to get my camera to take a picture of it. Before I could even get the camera, my sweet little dog, Shelby, was playing and running through the house and SLID right into the tree! Lights broke and balls shattered, and my Christmas tree was not so pretty anymore! Shelby was so startled, she was shaking, and I couldn’t be mad! After sweeping up the damage, I opted for cuddling on the couch with Shelby, who WAS my beautiful puppy and friend, and admiring what was left of what HAD been a beautiful Christmas tree!
