The writing workshop sessions that I attended–and just being with the writers in the class–were so inspirational and uplifting. Everyone’s walk through life is so different. Just to look at me, you could never guess the adventures I have had in my life. I was so impressed with each story from the group. I compare each story to a kaleidoscope; all are so different. You can tell from the writer’s viewpoint, when going through various experiences, that each person is at their own state of awareness or level of consciousness. I believe and I know I can do anything. I can even send you a thought by looking directly in your eyes, which will let you know that being happy is a sign of peace.
Smiley was my name all through school. Now, I teach classes in laughter yoga.
