My story today is about the old saying that if you walk under a ladder you will have back luck. Well, when I was about 10 years old, I was on my way to school one morning and saw some men working on a building. They had to use a ladder and I had to cross over to the side where they were working. Instead of me going around the ladder, I went under the ladder. When I came out, droppings from a pigeon hit me right on my nose. I cried, but I eventually got over it!
